Frequently asked questions.
Let Us Know If You’re Coming!
We’re so excited to celebrate in beautiful Puerto Rico and would love for you to join us! Please RSVP by January 2—whether you’re able to make it or not, we’d love to hear from you. When you respond, include the full names of everyone in your group, a phone number for weekend updates, and any dietary restrictions. We’ll be offering shuttle transportation to and from the venue on the wedding day, so please share your lodging address to be included in the route. Your phone number will help us send out helpful texts throughout the weekend. We can’t wait to celebrate with you—or send love from afar if you can’t make it!
Transportation?
Rincón doesn’t have Uber or other rideshare services, but we’ve put together a list of reliable local taxi vendors on our website to help you get around. We recommend renting a car for the weekend—it’s the easiest way to explore and get where you need to go. Just a heads-up: the roads can be a bit windy and mountainous, so please drive safely. It’s a good idea to reserve your car ahead of time and consider sharing with the people you’re staying with. For the wedding itself, we’ll have shuttles running to and from the venue, so be sure to include your hotel or Airbnb address when you RSVP to be added to the route. Driving to the venue is also a great option—there’s plenty of parking available if you’d rather have your own ride for the day.
Dress code?
Our wedding is tropical semi-formal! We welcome vibrant colors and encourage you to dress your best while keeping the island weather in mind—no ties required for men. The Friday night event will be a White Party, so please wear all white that evening. For the wedding on Saturday, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white and black. For more inspiration and guidance, check out our Wedding Weekend Attire tab.
What will the weather be like in Rincon?
Rincón, located on the west coast of Puerto Rico, has warm, tropical weather year-round. In March, you can expect daytime temperatures ranging from 80-85°F with cooler evenings around 70-75°F. There may be occasional light showers.
Are children invited?
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! While our wedding ceremony and reception on March 7th will be an adults-only event, we absolutely love your little ones—and wouldn’t dream of a weekend without them. Our main events will be adult-focused, but we encourage you to explore and enjoy all the amazing family-friendly activities the island has to offer during your stay. For the wedding day itself, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare so everyone can relax and fully enjoy the celebration.
