Kelsey and Jamie met in 2014 during their freshman year at UCF, thanks to a perfectly timed introduction by Kelsey’s sorority big sister, Pam, and Jamie’s fraternity big brother, Paul. What started as a casual crush quickly turned into something more—though if you had asked Jamie at the time, they were “just friends.”

As their relationship grew, they followed their shared love of travel (and a little inspiration from their older siblings—thank you, Lexie and Aaron) and studied abroad together—though in different cities. Kelsey landed in Barcelona, Jamie in Bilbao. On weekends, they reunited in new places—wandering Parisian cafés, exploring Roman ruins, and occasionally getting lost in Amsterdam. Somewhere between missed trains and too many pastries, they made memories that would shape their story—and still managed to pass all their classes.

After graduating in 2018, their next big adventure came in 2020 when they packed up and moved to Kailua, Hawaii. It was two years of surfboards, sunsets, barefoot grocery runs, and a not-so-subtle obsession with poke bowls and rainbows. It's also where their love for island life truly took root—a slower pace, ocean air, and the feeling that home could be anywhere they were together. In 2022, they returned to Florida, eventually putting down roots in St. Pete with their first home in 2024.

Just before their 10-year anniversary, Jamie proposed in Grand Cayman—a quiet, perfect moment that felt exactly like them. Now, after a decade of growing, exploring, and figuring it all out together, they’re stepping into the next chapter—still laughing, still curious, and still all in.
